I was in the grocery store today and I was wearing a GD shirt and two people said how much they liked the shirt, so we started talking and I asked if they were headed to Phish in two weeks and they both scoffed at me like im some idiot and why whould you ever go see Phish? Well I have a hard realization for all you hardcore deadheads: When Jerry died so did the dead, he was the dead. And everyone just says you young buck you never saw a real Dead Show, well actually ive seen hundreds of GD shows. My mom said I heard about 35 shows in the womb, and the whole time I was growing up my family would always go on Dead  tour. Until we actually went to Virginia to see my gradparents and I found out what a vacation is. For the first 8 or 9 years of my life I though following the GD was vacation, so really i could be a lame jaded vet but im not. And the real deal is Phish they are on fire and there is such a difference form phish in the mid 2000's to now. Phish is pumping out so much great shows since 2009, and I know there are a bunch of lame people that go to phish shows, but all u Dead heads need to remember there were just as many if not way more shitty people at GD shows as there were at a phish show. I would put tons of money that if you comared the best new dead(other ones, The Dead, Phil and friends, or further) shows to the best phish show, it woudnt even be close. So stop being such tools and reonize good music when you hear it. Beacause you are gonna have to find new musi to listen to, Further wont be around forever!!!!!!
